A 40-year old dairy farmer from Upstate New York was killed in 2014 in a machinery accident. According to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office, the victim was attempting to free a frozen component on a corn chopper when his clothing was caught in the machinery. Officials report that the man was pulled into the machine and died from injuries sustained to his upper body. The farmer leaves behind a wife and five children aged between 1 and early teens.
